First Floor: Master suite composed by double bedroom, small sitting room and bathroom (bath & shower); twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath & shower); twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only). All bedrooms have a private terrace.

Description
Villa Il Giardino is situated in a very quiet position, high in the village of Positano, the centre of the Costiera Amalfitana. Internationally renowned as an important tourist and commercial resort, the area was often visited by famous people. Positano is easily accessible by rail and road, and has a small harbour where it is possible to take ferries to the islands of Capri and Ischia. This property, offering spectacular views, takes its name from the beautiful, terraced garden to the front of the house, which is almost unique in a steep village like Positano. The interiors of the villa are comfortably furnished and facilities include wi-fi internet connection, a fax machine and satellite TV. A particular feature of the house is the very light sitting and dining rooms, which open through French windows to a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and the sea. There, it is possibile to arrange cooking services for the guests. This property is located in the historical part of Positano and therefore not reachable by car. The nearest parking area is at approx. 300 Mts. away, and parking spaces can be arranged in advance. From a narrow, winding road it is possible to walk down to the beach of Fornillo. It is possible to have air conditioning in the bedrooms at extra cost. The owner spends part of the year in an independent apartment in the lower ground floor.

Il Giordana, is absolutely beautiful. It is very large with great views and beautiful gardens and makes the visit very special. It sits high on the hillside overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. The keyholder, Signora Teresa, is an absolute gem and even though spoke very little English knows the meaning of personal care and worked out all of the kinks.

We have just spoken with Ms M. They were delighted with Il Giardino, finding it comfortable and a very good size. They loved the views and the garden with its terrace. Teresa, Nando and Mrs. Mirella were very pleasant and helpful. The grandmothers got around in Positano without any trouble. They all loved the village. Thank your for all of your help. We had a marvellous experience! Il Giardino was even better than we expected, the meal prepared by Mirella the first night was so great that we asked her back for a second meal later in the week, and the property manager was most helpful and cooperative. At the villa, he met us and took us on a tour of the villa in Italian. The pre-stocked items were there for us, including the phone card! The villa was magnificent, and the weather cooperated beautifully. It was a good time to go. Everything in the villa worked well, and it was very clean. My wife and I feel that both Il Giardino and you both deserve 10s for how wonderful the entire process and rental worked. We were very impressed and plan to use you again in a couple of years when we hope to do it again. We're just not sure yet where or when

Loved it, the villa and its location were amazing, we would recommend it highly. Gorgeous property, magnificent balconies, terrace and garden. Fabulous view. Even larger than I had anticipated. Aldo, the property manager was charming and extremely helpful. The woman who cleaned for us was also wonderful. We hired her to cook a meal for us one evening that was terrific!
