La villa Camporempoli se situe à 3 kms environ du village de Lucarelli et de ses petits commerces, 7 kms environ de Panzano, où l'on peut trouver une banque et un bureau de poste, 11 kms environ de Radda in Chianti et 50 kms environ de Florence et de Sienne.

REZ-DE-CHAUSSEE : une entrée, un salon avec cheminée ouvrant sur le jardin et le patio couvert d'une pergola équipée, un second salon avec coin-repas, une grande cuisine ouvrant sur une terrasse/jardin, des toilettes invités, une chambre double (lit à colonnes), une salle de bains en-suite.

Description
Cette très belle ferme (400 m2), récemment restaurée, se distingue tout d'abord par sa situation en plein cœur du Chianti Classico et par son extraordinaire panorama, ensuite par son aménagement intérieur hors du commun. Ici, l'on vit le charme au quotidien : de la terrasse jusqu'au patio, il est tout en lignes douces, couleurs naturelles, jeux d'ombre et de lumière, confort et élégance. L'intérieur a été rénové avec beaucoup de soin, dans un style toscan impeccable, et fourni de meubles ethniques ou de style toscan plus traditionnel. Toutes les pièces à vivre ouvrent sur le jardin d'un côté et sur un patio de l'autre côté, ce qui leur apporte à la fois beaucoup de fraîcheur et de luminosité. Dans le patio, une belle pergola couverte de vigne et une table en marbre rendent plus qu'agréables les repas au grand air. Un chemin mène à une piscine à débordement, en position panoramique, dotée d'un espace moins profond pour les enfants. Le gardien vit dans une grange réaménagée, à l'arrière de la maison. Un chat réside également dans la propriété. Connession internet disponible. Le chemin d'un kilomètre qui conduit à la maison n'est pas adapté aux voitures " basses ".

Really beautiful villa in a very scenic property. We loved the views and the villa itself. The gravel road to the villa was a bit hard to navigate, but nothing that was too difficult.

We enjoyed our stay in Camporempoli very much! The villa is beautiful, the view impressive, the landscape really nice and the house and garden very well cared for by Marta and the gardener. We enjoyed the pool and also cooking was easy because of the well equipped kitchen. The service was perfect, there is nothing left, you could wish for.

Camporempoli and Marta (the Inn Keeper) are fabulous!! The views and the house are exactly as you see them online and more! Marta suggested a local chef prepare dinner for us one night, and the experience was delightful. There are some things for potential renters to be aware of when booking: (1) Driveway is extremely hazardous and really does need a powerful vehicle to manuever, (2) there is only one store/restaurant in Lucarelli so, bring groceries with you as the store might be closed when you arrive, (3) pool is not heated, but the thrill and views are worth the slight chill!, and (4) every dollar spent was WORTH IT!!

Camporempoli is much more lovely than the photographs on the website depict and is located in a very convenient part of Chianti. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained as is the villa itself. The views from the pool and patio are truly breathtaking. The pool is fabulous for kids and adults alike. Be aware that the driveway is long and steep and difficult to ascend without a four wheel drive vehicle. While more expensive than other properties, we would definitely rent

We found the accommodation excellent at Villa Camporempoli, the layout was superb for a large party and indeed worked even when we were only six. The location was beautiful and the housekeeper and her brother were most helpful in showing us where things were. They also, when we requested, rigged an outside lap so we could eat outdoors in the evening which was one thing that was missing when we arrived at the property
