Premier étage: 3 chambres à grand lit, dont 2 avec saile de bains en sa suite et une avec salle de bains separée. Dans une partie independente de la maison, ouvrant sur la piscine, il y a une autre chambre à grand lit avec salon et salle de bains (douche).

Description
Cette magnifique villa, datant du XVIIIe siècle, se trouve en Lunigiana, une région entre Toscane et Ligurie très caractéristique avec plusieurs châteaux, mais pas encore très connues. La maison a été complètement restaurée par son propriétaire, un architecte anglais, qui l'a complètement renouvelé et equippée avec tout confort. La cuisine et les salles de bains disposent des équipements les plus modernes. La maison est entourée d'oliviers et une grande terrasse panoramique équipée avec table et chaises pour prendre ses repas dehors Une piscine (12x8) complète l'ensemble de ses prestations. Un bureau avec PC, imprimante, scanner et photocopie est à disposition des clients. La maison a été représentée sur plusieurs magasins.

We stayed here 2 weeks from the end of August until beginning of September. This architecturally outstanding home is located in the region of northern Tuscany and the landscape is breathtaking. The whole property, especially the extraordinary pool area was very clean and maintained daily by an adorable Italian lady. (..) We mainly cooked our meals at the house using the beautiful well equipped kitchen. we will most certainly return!

For one week we stayed at the Villa Terra di Luna with our 5 Teenies and we had a wonderful time. The great outdoor area did invite us to barbeque almost every evening and we enjoyed the silence of this lovely area. We all loved the interior design and the kitchen was also a great place to be. Thanks to the owner of the house, we also found some very good restaurants in the area. The property with the wonderful swimming pool was very clean and perfectly maintained. We would recommend this property to everyone! Hopefully we can come back to spend another great time at this fantastic place with its magic view.

We loved our two weeks at Il Baffo. The house was amazing, and tastefully and artistically furnished and equipped. We especially loved the kitchen and eating al fresco in the different outdoor dining areas which are available. The bedrooms are all lovely, as well as the bathrooms! The privacy of the bedroom off the pool level was a little bit of heaven and the views of the mountains were incredible. The nights were usually cool enough (even in July) to require a light sweater (where else can you get that in Italy in the summer?).....We spent so much time outside that we did not get to enjoy the beautiful living room or the dining room very often, but they are there and make the house feel very inviting. Il Baffo is located in a tiny hamlet with very friendly, but unobtrusive, neighbours, so we were secluded but not isolated. The closest town, Fivizzano, has anything one could ask for, including a choice of grocery stores and restaurants, a weekly market and even a gym. Il Baffo is obviously a labour of love of the owner and we are thrilled that were were able to experience it.
