REZ-DE-CHAUSSEE : une cuisine/salle à manger et un salon ouvrant par des baies vitrées sur le jardin et la terrasse couverte, une salle de bain (douche), il y a trois fauteuils lits simples dans cette pièce.

Description
Cette charmante maisonnette se situe dans une position très tranquille, à 3 km du village de Montopoli, dans un lieu d'une rare beauté et jusque là méconnu. Entourée par un très grand jardin plat, clos et bien entretenu, La Capinera dispose d'une belle piscine (12x6m) , d'un terrain de jeux pour enfants et d'une terrasse couverte, meublée pour les repas en plein air. Son interieur a été récemment complètement restaurée et doté de tout le confort moderne (climatisation dans les chambres à coucher, système de haute fidélité, de télécopieur, télévision satellite).

We had an amazing time at La Capinera. I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful property this was. My kids (age 10 and 7) never wanted to leave the pool and the house was comfortable and just what we were looking for in terms of a vacation rental. It is close enough that you can easily day day trips either by car or train to all of the major cities.

The place was fantastic & the owners very, very nice. Highly recommend this for a central location. Be aware that a car rental is an absolute in order to get around since this is in a remote location but well worth the peace & quiet.

Exceed our expectations. The villa is even more stunning in person! The staff took great care to ensure that the villa was spotless for us. Easy to find, off of the Fi-Pi-Li SGC. Th location was he perfect starting point to drive to Pisa, Firenze, Etruscan towns, etc... The salt water pool was an absolute dream! We swam everyday and our baby loved tThe town of Montopoli Val D'Arno is a quintessential Italian town with laundry hanging betWeen buildings, local foods ops and establishments, authentic pizzeria and caffe. We felt like we were able to get a glimpse into real Italian life during our outings into town. All of the townspeople were extremely friendly. he water as well.

We had a fantastic week at La Capinera. Its perfectly located in the Tuscan hillside, with great views, piece and quiet and good links for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Siena etc. The property has been well maintained with the owners obviously making a continuous investment into this property. The swimming pool was great, even in April! - our 2 year old daughter had lots of fun. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending La Caprinera. We will definately be returning soon!

“My husband and I rented La Capinera for a week in April 2008. We had such a wonderful stay there. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for the perfect spot to explore Tuscany from. Although the villa is quite new, it has a lot of old world charm. It is very well appointed, with everything that we needed to cook, relax and feel at home. The view is so spectacular from every window! Maurizio and Valeria and their two kids went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed!
