Dieses Bauernhaus mit privatem Schwimmbad befindet sich in einer friedlichen Lage in den Hügeln zwischen Lucca und der Versiliaküste, einen Kilometer vom mittelalterlichen Dorf Loppeglia entfernt. Es befindet sich in einer Panoramalage, Reisende können von der großen Veranda und dem gepflegten Garten schöne Aussichten auf das darunter liegende Tal und die Natur beim Swimmingpool genießen.
Das Haus kann bis zu maximal 10 Personen beherbergen, es gibt fünf Schlafzimmer mit drei Bädern. Die Struktur des Hauses ist perfekt für zwei Familien/Gruppen, die gemeinsam ihren Urlaub genießen und dabei unabhängig bleiben wollen. Das erste und das zweite Stockwerk können in zwei Teile geteilt werden, indem man eine Tür schließt. Der schöne Garten, reich an Blumen und typischen Pflanzen der Gegend, ist komplett eingezäunt, daher ist das Haus perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Außerdem ist Franello auch für Kinder gut strukturiert, da der große Swimmingpool auf einer großen, flachen Wiese liegt. Im Poolbereich befinden sich auch eine Dusche und ein Badezimmer.
Ehemalige Gäste haben es besonders genossen, nachts Billard zu spielen, es gibt einen Billardtisch in einem separaten Raum, während man tagsüber die Toskana besichtigen kann. Die bezaubernde Stadt Lucca ist 15 km vom Haus entfernt, während Viareggio 26 km entfernt ist. I just want to give you a short feedback for Villa Franello.
It was really a beautiful place and home and a totally nice householder. Very very friendly and open minded.
The house was perfectly good maintained.
Super friendly pool cleaner and householder. Both were very accurate looking for cleaning of house and pool.
And the surrounding and people there at Loppeglia were all so nice and helpful. So good food as well.
All worked well with the keys on first and last day for the house and all of us had a beautiful and nice holiday.
Also our small dog was happy with the huge area around the house.
The pool was so nice and huge. Thanks to the nice householder. Very friendly person!

My family has been using Franello as a home base in Italy since my children were 6 and 8 years old. We just returned again - they are now in their 20s. Lovely spacious farmhouse, beautiful grounds (with lemon, orange and olive trees) and pool for hanging out on the "off days". Neighbors Ivalda who takes care of the house and her family are delightful. Conveniently located - 15 minutes to Lucca, 40 minutes to Pisa, about an hour or so to Florence, Chianti and the beaches; 70 minutes to Cinque Terre; be prepared for a short drive on mountain roads to get to the farmhouse - but well worth it.

Warm welcome by the housekeeper. The house is surrounded by olive trees. Access is via an unpaved road but there are two possibilities and one is easy. The house simple but equipped and clea Sheets and towels are provided and changed after 7 days. I would recommend Franello. Possibly we will book the facility again.

Despite October the weather was perfect! We enjoyed our holiday very much, visiting Tuscan towns, cooking (we used the pizza oven!) and relaxing in the garden. A very quiteful spot

Maison encore plus belle que sur le site, construction et rénovation vraiment typique de la région, les petits comme les grands se sont régalés. Le four à pizza a bien fonctionné, la première pizza s'est transformée en chausson mais après les pizzas ont été excellentes. La salle de billard a été apprécié et la piscine et son plongeoir nous ont fait passer de bons moments tous ensemble. La dame qui entretenait la maison est très gentille et le retour en France a été un peu dur, ici dans le midi tout est sec et jaune, la verdure de la toscane nous manque déjà. Espérons que nous pourrons vite y retourner.
