La Campanina est une villa confortable avec piscine privéeà distance de marche de l'ancien hameau de Poggio Capanne avec un restaurant et un bar. Les magasins les plus proches sont à 2 km, à Poggio Murella, où les clients peuvent trouver un minimarché, une pizzeria, des bars et des restaurants. La villa est située dans la partie basse de la Maremme, une zone de la Toscane connue pour sa nature sauvage et ses paysages non contaminés. C'est une bonne base pour visiter les attractions environnantes : Saturnia, avec ses sources thermales historiques et ses cascades naturelles, se trouve à seulement 6 km de La Campanina. A courte distance de la propriété se trouve un terrain de golf bien connu avec une station thermale (6,56 km) ainsi que les villages bien connus de Scansano, Pitigliano, Sorano et les ruines étrusques.
De plus, La Campanina est aussi un excellent choix pour ceux qui cherchent à se détendre pleinement au milieu de la nature tout en séjournant dans une maison bien entretenue et bien meublée. Les intérieurs rustiques et élégants de La Campanina présentent une atmosphère accueillante avec des touches individuelles. Cette ferme est idéale pour 4 personnes, bien que la maison puisse en accueillir jusqu'à 6 avec la chambre du sous-sol, accessible par la buanderie. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain en suite et la chambre principale au premier étage est climatisée. La maison a été équipée de wi-fi, d'une cuisine bien équipée ouvrant sur la terrasse panoramique meublée, où l'on peut manger en plein air, et d'une piscine (8x4m) pour compléter une expérience de détente totale.
Ayant un poêle à bois et un chauffage central au sol, la maison est également parfaite pour les visites hors saison, pour profiter du spa à proximité ou pour explorer la région.

Many thanks for your generosity and kindness during our wonderful stay at La Campanina in beautiful Poggio Capanne. Your welcome with lovely wine, Olive Oil and fruit was a really wash welcome after a day of travel…molte grazie! The house is wonderful and very well appointed with every convenience on hand and the setting with the view across the valley are breathtaking. The pool was a real bonus in the hot weather and was enjoyed by one and all. We really enjoyed our companion… Mitsy the cat, she is a beauty and dutifully turned upevery day for her food! The area of southern Tuscany is absolutely stunning.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope one day to return.

Had an amazing experience - service quality was of highest standards and the property was great. We spent there 3 weeks and we never had a problem. The villa’s caretaker Maurizio was always available and took great care of us. The villa is in perfect condition and the panoramic view is absolutely stunning. The property is surrounded by nature and very quiet at all times. Look forward to going back next year!

Villa La Campanina in Poggio Capanne was the ideal spot for our 'live like locals, not like tourists' holiday. The photos on the website, although excellent, do not do the villa justice and cannot capture the essence of this magnificent area of Etruscan Italy. Excellent accommodation in a quiet village location within close distance of larger towns, it was the perfect spot for us to explore historical sites, soak in thermal springs and do what locals do; shop at village markets for fresh local produce, eat at fabulous trattoria, visit little known wineries and even splurge at a Michelin star restaurant. It was the best holiday we have experienced.

We thank both Claudia e Maurizio unreservedly for the care, attention and dare we say love, bestowed on us from Sept 7th to Nov 30th 2019. Would we rebook? In a heartbeat soon because Maremma Toscana is an hidden gem in Italy and as result we have truly lived out our dream at La Campanina.
