Centolivi is a beautiful Tuscan villa with private swimming pool located in the heart of Tuscany in an extremely panoramic position . A unique feature of this property is the wonderful loggia equipped with a comfortable sitting area where guests can relax in the shade. In front of the loggia, in a commanding position overlooking the surrounding countryside, there is a large terrace furnished with a large dining table for al-fresco dining.

The villa is set in a quiet yet comfortable position ideal for sightseeing the Tuscan region with its many renowned cities and attraction. The house is very close by a restaurant, shops and just 6 km away from the 12th century charming village of Palaia. Furthermore, the Pisa Airport is less than 40-minute drive away and Florence is just over an hour away.

The interior of the house has been furnished thinking of all the comfortable needed to fully enjoy a summer vacation. There is a well-equipped kitchen, wi-fi and all the bedrooms in the main house have air-conditioning, included in the price. The structure of the house is perfect for a group of friends, or a family, looking to spend their holiday together while being able to retain their privacy. All the comfortable bedrooms in the main house have an en-suite bathroom (three of them with both bathtub and shower while the fourth one with shower only). In this part of Centolivi there is the master bedroom which is extremely large. The guest house, there has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with shower which is ideal for a family with kids.

Guests staying at Centolivi can enjoy their time in the large well-kept garden, part of which is an olive grove. The property is ideal also for families as the swimming pool is completely fenced for children safety. The outside area has been furnished with an original bread oven that can be used to make pizzas and barbecues to allow guests to fully enjoy their vacation.

For golf lovers, the villa is a very short drive away from Castelfalfi golf course, a 27-hole golf in a beautiful surrounding well-known to be one of the best in the Tuscan region.
