Descriptif
La Cecchella est une propriété confortable et isolée avec piscine privée située dans la campagne nord-ouest de Lucques, entre la ville et la côte de la Versilia. L'environnement est un lieu rural entouré d'arbres, de pelouses parfaitement entretenues et d'un jardin potager, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour se détendre et vivre en plein air dans un cadre totalement vert. Le grand jardin plat est particulièrement idéal pour les familles avec enfants et les nombreux espaces extérieurs ont été aménagés pour profiter au mieux des repas en plein air et équipés de tout le confort extérieur avec four à pizza et barbecue.
L'intérieur de la maison a été aménagé avec une attention particulière aux détails et pour faire profiter les voyageurs de leurs vacances d'été. La Cecchella a été équipée de téléviseurs par satellite, ventilateurs, moustiquaires et d'un bain jacuzzi. Le propriétaire, un décorateur italien, a restauré cette propriété en pierre en préservant les matériaux toscans, tels que les sols en cotto et le plafond à poutres.
Il y a 4 chambres à coucher dans la maison principale ; deux chambres doubles au premier étage avec leur salle de bain privée (douche) et deux - une double et une avec deux lits jumeaux - au dernier étage partageant une salle de bain avec baignoire jacuzzi. Au pool house, idéal pour un couple cherchant à maintenir une intimité totale, il y a une chambre avec une salle de bain privée et une cuisine ouverte donnant sur la véranda confortable. La proximité de la cuisine et de la salle à manger extérieure par rapport à la piscine a été particulièrement appréciée par les hôtes dans le passé.
La position de La Cecchella est très commode, car elle est à moins de cinq minutes en voiture d'un village avec des magasins d'alimentation, un magasin de glaces, un marchand de journaux vendant des journaux internationaux et quelques restaurants, tandis que la belle ville de Lucques est très proche en voiture. Pietrasanta, une ville artistique, ou les stations balnéaires de Viareggio et Forte dei Marmi, sont également à portée de main. De plus, il y a une longue liste d'excursions d'une journée que les clients peuvent faire lorsqu'ils séjournent à la villa : visiter les magnifiques monuments de Florence, déguster du vin dans l'un des vignobles les plus renommés de la Toscane, ou profiter de la nature sauvage et intacte du Sud de la Toscane, la Maremma.
L'équipe Salogi se fera un plaisir d'aider les clients séjournant à La Cecchella en organisant des visites guidées, des dégustations de vins ou en réservant des restaurants.

Dear Francesca & family,
We hoped for a wonderful autumn vacation week in Tuscany, and our expectations was fully met. The house is absolutely impressive with a very nice garden and nicely decorated inside. Especially the outdoor pizza oven was often used.
Things to do:
- Visit of Lucca + Pisa
- Short trip to the sea
- Hiking in the hills around the village
- Drink a coffee in a remote town
Thank for the family for trusting us to stay in their house. We really enjoyed it and might come back one day.

The pool was a huge Hit! Along with magnify BBQ and alfresco dining. Brilliant to be outside until late each night (We were happy to wear the war wounds of mossie bites)
We enjoyed watching the world cup in the local bar and popping to the gelateria for pudding – highly recommended.

We had the best time staying at this villa after our friends wedding. The villa was a great size for a big group and we had many happy days lazing around the pool and having BBQ's in the evening. The owners were amazingly helpful - we stayed in contact via Whatsapp for any questions (e.g. supermarket recommendations) and they hosted a pizza party for us on the final night using our pizza oven. Really loved it.
