Cette très belle villa en Toscane avec sa piscine privée est située sur un site exceptionnel au milieu des oliveraies, dans les collines entre la ville médiévale de Lucques et la côte de Versilia. Le jardin et les terrasses parfaitement entretenus offrent aux clients de nombreux coins charmants où ils peuvent s'asseoir à l'extérieur et profiter de la vue magnifique sur la campagne environnante.
La maison a été méticuleusement restaurée à partir de ce qui était autrefois un moulin à huile et une grange et qui sont désormais reliés par un grand hall d'entrée et une terrasse. Il en résulte un impressionnant bâtiment en pierre. Une attention particulière a été accordée à l'utilisation de matériaux exclusivement traditionnels tout en proposant un confort moderne avec une cuisine bien équipée, une connexion Wi-Fi, des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre qui rendent cette villa toscane confortable même pendant les jours les plus chauds de l'été (grâce aussi à l'isolation efficace du bâtiment). Les invités pourront également profiter de la large buanderie qui met à leur disposition une machine à laver et un sèche-linge. En outre, la piscine dispose d'un système d'électrolyse au sel qui évite l'utilisation de chlore - idéal pour ceux qui cherchent à se détendre près de la piscine, à nager et à profiter de la vue incroyable sur la vallée de Lucques.
L'intérieur de la maison a été aménagé avec goût et avec le plus grand soin dans un style rustique mais élégant. La structure de la villa la rend idéale pour les groupes d'amis qui cherchent à passer des vacances ensemble en Toscane tout en préservant leur intimité car la maison est divisée en deux zones différentes et chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de bain attenante .
Cette ferme italienne est idéalement située pour ceux qui cherchent à se détendre à la campagne, tout en ayant la possibilité de visiter la Toscane et ses nombreuses attractions. A 5 minutes de cette belle ferme se trouve un petit village de campagne qui est parfait pour faire ses courses, déguster une glace ou acheter un journal international. En parcourant une courte distance en voiture, les clients peuvent rejoindre la belle ville fortifiée de Lucques, la ville artistique de Pietrasanta ou les stations balnéaires de Viareggio et Forte dei Marmi. Par ailleurs, il existe une longue liste d'excursions d'une journée que les clients peuvent faire lors de leur séjour à la villa : visiter les magnifiques monuments de Florence, goûter au vin local dans l'un des vignobles les plus renommés de la Toscane ou profiter de la nature sauvage et préservée dans la région de la Maremme au sud de la Toscane.

We had a wonderful time at beautiful villa La Sorgente. Magical sunrises and sunsets with a sky full of colors. We have enjoyed eating and drinking at the beautiful patio. We also took a trip to lovely city of Lucca.

We had a wonderful stay at La Sorgente in early July. The house is in the most beautiful location, quiet with stunning views over the valley below. The house itself was grand, and also very homely well equipped and very easy to settle into. The pool (gently salted) was well maintained and in a lovely spot. We also made great use of the boules court and the BBQ which were an excellent addition. Would happily go back for a relaxing and premium stay!

What an amazing, beautiful place to stay. Villa La Sorgente itself is heaven. Each bedroom has its ensuite bathroom, the common spaces are large, the garden / views are stunning. The villa is perfectly located: 20 minutes away from Lucca and 40 minutes away from the beach in Forte dei Marmi. The service was very responsive and attentive! Really looking forward to visit again.

Good 4 weeks has passed since we left La Sorgente. Kristin and I would like to thank you for all your efforts making our stay special. We were very happy in La Sorgente and Damiano albeit we were unlucky with the cold spring, which of course was beyond the control of all of us. We probably extended the season four you all commencing our stay 14. February but it served a purpose for us. After leaving we had one week in Norway before we did the Amalfi coast and Capri. So beautiful, in fact you live in probably the most picturesque country imaginable.
We were very happy with the staff provided. Vasili, Marinella, Simone and yourself all made your utmost to make us feel welcome. I kindly also ask you to convey the appreciation to them as well.

A wonderful place to stay, in a beautiful setting. The views were magnificent and the property was ideal. We were six couples and fully appreciated having six bathrooms. Absolutely fab. Everything was excellent, no problems Everything catered for and internet via wi-fi was very good. Within easy reach of Lucca, 15 or 20 minutes. I brought my family (12 p) to stay in La Sorgente for a week to celebrate a special occasion. We also rented La Fiora (6 p) which is next door. We have been quite fortunate with travels throughout the years and have grown accustomed to expect the very best. La Sorgente exceeded all our expectations. We loved every aspect of the property. It is very beautiful indeed and has been renovated with an eye to authenticity but also towards what a modern traveler looks for. The setting is almost to good to be true. You will dine on the terrace while overlooking a beautiful valley and an immaculate garden (at least for Swedish standards). The pool is great. Extra plus for being salt water pool. Villa Salogi was exteremly helpful and professional during the whole booking. Our contact, Simona, would answer phone-calls and e-mails promptly and always with great attitude. The house maid was fantastic. We had a recommended chef come in to cook for us, Morena, and she also did a great job. Of all the properties I have seen in the neighbourhood this is by far the most beautiful. We have nothing but the very best to say. This property is great for family, friends and kids. Loved it!!!

La Sorgente was paradise in Tuscany.The Villa was very clean and comfortable. Our party of 10 loved all the little sitting areas which meant we had space to ourselves when we needed it. The pool was clean and in a lovely area to sit. The views from the house were stunning and the garden was lovely. We booked Morena for 3 meals which were excellent. La Sorgente is a wonderful property in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our time. Our party of eight adults found that there was plenty of space for everyone, so no one felt crowded. It made a great base to explore Tuscany. I am extremely happy that we chose this property. We hired Morena to cook for us for two nights while we were there. She is a wonderful cook and great lady. The meals were superb! The villa is actually two buildings which are attached, There are two living room areas, and one kitchen. This is perfect for groups of people who don't necessarily want to do the same things at the same time, or simply want some "alone" time. It was very clean. The landscaping is outstanding. The location is exactly what we wanted. However, any renter should understand that the villa is out in the country, and can be a little challenging to find at first. I don't believe that the website does the property justice.
