This charming country house with private swimming pool is located in the heart of Monferrato (Piedmont), one of the UNESCO sites. This area boasts numerous castles, churches and medieval villages and it is well-known for its wineries and its truffles. The famous city of Alba renowned worldwide for its truffle is 66 km away but there is no need to drive until Alba as guests will be able to find many truffle hunting spots extremely close by (best at the end of October and in November).
Furthermore, Cascina Monferrato is ideally located also for sport lovers: there are many cycling tracks around (bikes can be provided at extra cost upon request) and a golf course is only 15 km away.

A special highlight of Cascina Monferrato is the beautiful Italian garden created by the owner, a garden designer, with many shaded areas where to relax or to enjoy al-fresco dining. A large stone BBQ has been provided to allow guests to fully enjoy Italian food. In order to enabling guest to fully enjoy the garden there are both a swimming pool and a wooden hot tub (available all year long) .

The house has been furnished with many comforts such as mosquito nets at every window, a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso Machine, Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, independent heating units for those guests looking to spend here their winter holidays. The house can also be rented for long weekends during winter at the price of €1.890 for 3 nights.

This beautiful stone building is set in a very comfortable position as the closest shops, restaurant and bar are just 2.4km away (Teruggia) while the beautiful village of Casale Monferrato with is monuments and markets is only 8 km away. The city of Asti is 36 km while Turin is 83 km and Milano 112 km.
