Is the rental period with Salogi always Saturday to Saturday? Is it possible to rent a property for less than a week?
The majority of our properties are rented on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday, but in some cases owners are happy to make exceptions - especially during the low and mid Seasons. We suggest contacting our team if you have fixed dates and we will do our best to accommodate you.


I need time to discuss with my family / friends our travel options, who can I secure my rental dates for a specific property?
Our team will place a booking option for up to 72 hours to secure your dates while you make a decision. During this time the house will be temporarily blocked for you and no one else will be able to make a reservation for your requested period.

What is the maximum occupancy of the properties?
The number of people must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on the property description. Infants (children under 2 on date of return) are not included in occupancy figures.

Is it possible to pay the deposit / balance via wire transfer?
Yes it is. Please contact our team who will be happy to place a booking option to secure your booking and send you the bank details for the transfer.

Do you offer travel insurance?
Salogi does not offer travel insurance. We urge clients, as stated on our booking conditions, to purchase travel insurance cover including coverage against trip cancellation. Many credit card companies include holiday insurance as do other more general insurance policies, so you should first check these. Please see our booking conditions for more in-depth information.

Can you support us with cooking services?

Our team will put you in contact with local cooks who will be happy to assist with cooking services during your stay. Many clients love to have their arrival meal prepared by a local cook, especially after a long trip. Salogi team will be delighted to arrange the services of a cook for you, please contact us.

Can you support us with the booking of a driver?
We work with many professional drivers around the region and we will put you in contact with them and book their services.

Do you suggest renting a car at a local agency or at the airport?

We always suggest all our clients to rent cars from one of the car rental agencies at the airport as not only they offer a wider range of cars at a better price but also a better service. Local car rentals unfortunately are closed during the weekend and do not offer a 24 hour support service.

Are electricity, gas and water included in the rental price?

Yes they are all included in the price. The only extra is heating if required to be paid locally (either on consumption or at fixed cost) and in some properties there is also air-conditioning extra as this in some properties must be paid locally.

Is cleaning service included?
Each villa will be cleaned throughout at the beginning of the rental period ensuring that it will be perfectly clean when you check-in. The vast majority of our villas also have a compulsory cleaning during the week. If you are staying two or more weeks you will also have a full clean included every 7 days.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes. All our properties have a washing machine available to guests. Some properties do also have a dryer available. Do not hesitate to contact Salogi team if you would like any extra information on the equipment at a villa. 

Can we check in before 4pm? Can we check out after 10am?
Check-in time is from 4pm to 7pm but, if there are no clients staying at the property before you, we will be happy to organise an early checking-in free of charge.

Standard check-out time is by 10 am. It is not generally possible to check-out after this time as the villas need to be cleaned and prepared thoroughly for the arrival of the next guests. If there are no other guests arriving that day, and the owner does not need the house for their own purposes, it may be possible to organise a late check-out time.

Who will you be at the house when we will check-in?

When we receive the balance payment, we will send you detailed directions of how to get to your villa. There you will find the house manager or owner waiting for you to show you the property. Should you need any assistance while checking in, our team is always available.

Do your villas accept pets?
Not all our properties are pet friendly. We suggest checking with our team when booking a property if your pet will be welcomed as in most cases pets are on request. This will depend also on size, length of stay and other factors. Please speak to the Salogi Team if you are thinking of travelling with your pet and our experts will be happy to point you in the right direction.
