With 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private swimming pool and modern comforts, it is an ideal choice for families and groups looking for space, privacy and comfort in the heart of Tuscany. All bedrooms and some of the common areas are air-conditioned, for cool and comfortable days and nights even at the height of summer.

Location: Lucca, Tuscany, at the Centre of It All
The villa is only a 10-minute drive from the Renaissance walls of Lucca, with its pretty piazzas, traditional trattorias, boutiques and the famous Piazza dell’Anfiteatro. The beaches of Viareggio are about 30 minutes away, while Florence and Pisa are easy to reach for memorable day trips. Pisa International Airport is about 50 minutes from the villa. Nearby you will also find the local restaurants, a gelateria and everyday shops, all just a short drive away.

Villa Guido is surrounded by olive groves and offers a peaceful, private setting with plenty of space for everyone. Inside, the villa is spacious and welcoming, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and generous living areas designed for large families and groups of friends. Free private parking is available just outside the entrance gate.

Outdoor Living: Pool, Barbecue and Alfresco Dining
The garden is the heart of the holiday. Cool off in the private swimming pool, relax among the olive trees, and enjoy long summer evenings in the barbecue area and the lovely outdoor dining spot, ideal for meals with family and friends under the Tuscan sky. Furthermore there is a large sitting area where to relax and enjoy the wonderful views.

Discover Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the Tuscan Coast
Villa Guido is perfectly placed for exploring Tuscany. Walk or cycle around the famous walls of Lucca, visit its cathedral and its piazzas, and enjoy the local wine bars and restaurants. Take a day trip to the leaning tower of Pisa or the art treasures of Florence, or spend a day at the seaside in Viareggio. The Serchio river park offers pleasant walks close to the villa.

Good to Know
The villa has stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Children are welcome.

Property cleaning

Mandatory cleaning service, 4 hours per day, 5 days per week, included in the weekly rental rate.
