Casa dei Lentischi is a charming villa with private pool located in the Southern unspoilt part of Sardinia.
The property is 1.5 km away from Porto Pino, surrounded by a stunning wide pine forest. The area is renowned for its beautiful 4 km long bay with sandy beaches and majestic white dunes enhancing the blue color of the sparkling sea. At the end of the bay is a totally wild beach part of a military zone accessible only in summer. A special attraction are also the several ponds in the surroundings, where it is possible to admire amazing pink flamingoes which complete a natural picture of a unique beauty. Some of the beaches are equipped with shaded areas and offer several services such as boat rentals and kiosks.
Casa dei Lentischi lays on a single level in a private position, surrounded by the characteristic Mediterranean Macchia, rich in green vegetation, enjoying stunning sea-views from different points on the property. The house has access to two small sandy beaches among the rocks - one at just 100 meters and the other 700 meters away - which are oriented in opposite directions, thus granting always protection from the typical Sardinian winds. The interior has a traditional Sardinian feel and is furnished in a simple yet elegant seaside style. All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and most of them have direct access to a covered patio, allowing fully privacy to each couple. The largest covered patio offers a furnished sitting/dining area with a large barbecue (at the back of the portico) ideal for outdoor meals. A small yet pleasant swimming pool has been placed on the deck terrace ideal for relaxing enjoying beautiful sea-views.The pool can be fenced on request to make it safe for children.
For those keen in exploring this beautiful part of Sardinia, the villa is in an ideal porsition for sightseeing: several renowned attractions are within easy reach, such as Sant'Antioco and the island of Carloforte, the beautiful abandoned mines of Masua and Piscinas and several archeological sites such as the ones of Montessu and Pula.
The property offers also the possibility to hire at extra cost a private rubber boat with the assistance of a local seaman giving the opportunity of visiting the wonderful unpopulated coasts and beaches around Capo Teulada, diving swimming and taking bath in some of the most beautiful places of South Sardinia.

Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.

The Casa Dei Lentischi is a beautifully situated villa perfectly equipped for a large group of people. The highlight is definitely the infinity pool overlooking the bay. Only five walking minutes from the house there is a small beach to take a swim in the crystal clear water. The communication with the host was pleasant and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. We have spent a great vacation in this beautiful corner of the world and cannot wait to come back. I highly recommend a stay at the Casa Dei Lentischi!

Our first time in Sardinia after MANY years traveling in ITALY and so glad we chose the S coast and this perfectly located rental. SUNSETS! Outdoor dining, walk to the beach, rooms for all or crew! The print out left for us was useful in recommending the MUST dos of the area including day trips, boat rentals and the best restauarnts. the only frustration was the caretaker knew NO English. But we managed with smiles!! The villa finer send a welcome package that was divine! I want to sneak back!

I love Italy, the Italian culture and its food: here you find them all! I read Caroline's comment after having booked already through Salogi and I was worried to find myself in the same situation but I loved the house and the area. I believe that we are different travellers, looking for a diverse environment. I have been to Sardinia a few times in the past, loved the unspoilt part of this island while disliking the fashionable and "fake" part of it around Porto Cervo. Casa dei Lentischi is surrounded by nature, Porto Pino is an unspoiled fisherman's village- for sure it is not in the VIP part of Sardina. We enjoyed the white dunes around the villa as well as the ponds not far away where we saw amazing flamingoes. I will definitely go back next year!!!

We really loved the house and the place. We are already thinking about when we could come back in Italy for holiday because for us the staying has been way too short. Even if we couldn’t get the mint (for our cocktails) ;) We would really like to come back to Sardinia and in this house in particular.
