Casa dei Lentischi is a charming single-level villa with private pool and panoramic sea views, set in the unspoilt south of Sardinia, just 1.5 km from Porto Pino beach. All bedrooms are now air-conditioned, with air-conditioning included in the rental price.

The villa stands 1.5 km from Porto Pino, surrounded by a wide, fragrant pine forest. The area is renowned for its 4 km bay of fine sandy beaches, framed by majestic white dunes that intensify the turquoise of the crystal-clear sea. At the end of the bay lies a wild beach within a military zone, accessible only in summer.
The surrounding coastal lagoons are another special attraction: here you can admire pink flamingos in their natural habitat, completing a landscape of rare beauty. Some beaches offer shaded areas, kiosks and boat rental services.
The Villa: Privacy, Sea Views and Mediterranean Comfort
Casa dei Lentischi is built on a single level in a private, secluded position, immersed in typical Mediterranean maquis and enjoying sea views from several points of the property.
Two sandy coves nearby. The villa has access to two small sandy beaches among the rocks, one just 100 metres away and the other 700 metres away. They face opposite directions, so you can always find shelter from the typical Sardinian winds.
Interiors. The villa has an authentic Sardinian character, furnished in a simple yet elegant seaside style.
Bedrooms with air-conditioning included. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and are now fully air-conditioned, at no extra cost, for a cool and comfortable night's sleep even in the height of summer. Most bedrooms open directly onto a covered patio, giving each couple complete privacy.
Outdoor living. The largest covered patio has a furnished lounge and dining area and a large barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals with sea views.
Private swimming pool. The pool sits on the deck terrace, a perfect spot to relax while enjoying the view over the sea. On request, the pool can be fenced to make it safe for children.

The villa is ideally placed for discovering the south-west of the island. Within easy reach are Sant'Antioco and the island of Carloforte (San Pietro), the abandoned mining landscapes of Masua and Piscinas, and archaeological sites such as Montessu and Pula (Nora). The wild beaches and coastline of Capo Teulada are also close by.
Optional Private Boat Excursions
For an unforgettable day at sea, you can hire a private rubber boat (at extra cost) with a local skipper. Explore the uninhabited coves and beaches around Capo Teulada, and swim, snorkel or dive in some of the most beautiful waters of South Sardinia.

Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. The Casa Dei Lentischi is a beautifully situated villa perfectly equipped for a large group of people. The highlight is definitely the infinity pool overlooking the bay. Only five walking minutes from the house there is a small beach to take a swim in the crystal clear water. The communication with the host was pleasant and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. We have spent a great vacation in this beautiful corner of the world and cannot wait to come back. I highly recommend a stay at the Casa Dei Lentischi!

Our first time in Sardinia after MANY years traveling in ITALY and so glad we chose the S coast and this perfectly located rental. SUNSETS! Outdoor dining, walk to the beach, rooms for all or crew! The print out left for us was useful in recommending the MUST dos of the area including day trips, boat rentals and the best restauarnts. the only frustration was the caretaker knew NO English. But we managed with smiles!! The villa finer send a welcome package that was divine! I want to sneak back!

I love Italy, the Italian culture and its food: here you find them all! I read Caroline's comment after having booked already through Salogi and I was worried to find myself in the same situation but I loved the house and the area. I believe that we are different travellers, looking for a diverse environment. I have been to Sardinia a few times in the past, loved the unspoilt part of this island while disliking the fashionable and "fake" part of it around Porto Cervo. Casa dei Lentischi is surrounded by nature, Porto Pino is an unspoiled fisherman's village- for sure it is not in the VIP part of Sardina. We enjoyed the white dunes around the villa as well as the ponds not far away where we saw amazing flamingoes. I will definitely go back next year!!!

We really loved the house and the place. We are already thinking about when we could come back in Italy for holiday because for us the staying has been way too short.
