Descriptif
La Capinera est une petite maison de campagne très confortable et charmante, située dans une région magnifique et méconnue, à seulement 3 km du village de Montopoli. La propriété est une bonne base pour explorer la Toscane, étant commodément située à seulement 7 km d'une autoroute reliant Pise et Florence. Les deux sont accessibles en une demi-heure de route environ et San Gimignano est à 40 km.
La maison est équipée de toutes les installations modernes, telles que la climatisation dans les chambres, le système hi-fi, la connexion wi-fi et la télévision par satellite. La maison est entourée d'un très grand jardin plat et bien entretenu, où se trouve une piscine exceptionnellement grande pour une si petite maison. La piscine dispose d'un système de filtration d'eau salée, qui évite l'utilisation de chlore. Les anciens clients ont particulièrement apprécié de passer du temps sous la terrasse couverte, meublée et parfaite pour les repas en plein air.
Le jardin est clôturé tout autour, ce qui fait de cette maison la propriété idéale pour les familles voyageant avec de jeunes enfants. En outre, il y a également une aire de jeux pour les enfants. D'un côté de la maison se trouve une terrasse couverte, aménagée pour les repas en plein air.
La propriété peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes (3+2). Il y a deux chambres au premier étage avec salle de bain et climatisation. L'une des chambres est une chambre double, tandis que l'autre est équipée d'un lit simple et d'un lit escamotable. En outre, un canapé-lit (fauteuil) pour une personne se trouve dans le coin salon au rez-de-chaussée.
Veuillez noter que cette propriété se trouve sur le même domaine que Le Rondini, qui peut être loué pour des groupes plus importants. Il y a un chat résident à la propriété, c'est pourquoi La Capinera ne convient pas aux personnes souffrant d'allergies graves.

Das Haus, das Grundstück und der Pool sind noch schöner, als es die Fotos zeigen. Hier kann man wirklich relaxen. Sehr gut geeignet für den Urlaub mit Hund. Die Zufahrtsstraßen sind sehr schmal, bei Gegenverkehr wird es kritisch. Das benachbarte Ferienhaus sieht man kaum und die dortigen Gäste hört man nur. Alles in allem eine tolle Urlaubslocation!

we have spent holidays in La Capinera second time (first time in May 2015), because we have found this place like a small paradiese in Tuscany landscape - calm place, nice house, swimming pool, large garden for our dogs, view to Arno valley. Good location for visits of Florence, Pisa, Lucca cca 30-40 km on highway. Montopoli itself is a nice small village with good restaurants. Vito di Praga

We booked La Capinera for a week for our honeymoon and just loved it. We were greeted by the owners with glasses of fizz to celebrate our wedding, and were very soon left on our own in our little paradise in Tuscany. A great base to see Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Sienna and the Chianti wine region, we were torn between traversing the Italian countryside cursing the SatNav and relaxing by our very own private pool. We cooked, we drank, we relaxed and had the time of our life. A wonderful place with wonderful memories. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at La Capinera. I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful property this was. My kids (age 10 and 7) never wanted to leave the pool and the house was comfortable and just what we were looking for in terms of a vacation rental. It is close enough that you can easily day day trips either by car or train to all of the major cities.

The place was fantastic & the owners very, very nice. Highly recommend this for a central location. Be aware that a car rental is an absolute in order to get around since this is in a remote location but well worth the peace & quiet.
