Voorwaarden Woning
Verwarming en airco (indien beschikbaar) dienen extra betaald te worden naar verbruik of een vast bedrag.
De toeristenbelasting is niet in de huurprijs inbegrepen.
Aankomst op zaterdag tussen 16 en 19 uur (na 20 uur dient een toeslag van € 50 betaald te worden en na 22 uur bedraagt de toeslag € 100. Elke late aankomst dient vooraf met de eigenaar afgesproken te worden). Zwembaden (indien aanwezig) zijn normaal gesproken open van 25 mei tot 5 Oktober. Afwijkende data dienen vooraf met de eigenaar afgesproken te worden.

Das Haus, das Grundstück und der Pool sind noch schöner, als es die Fotos zeigen. Hier kann man wirklich relaxen. Sehr gut geeignet für den Urlaub mit Hund. Die Zufahrtsstraßen sind sehr schmal, bei Gegenverkehr wird es kritisch. Das benachbarte Ferienhaus sieht man kaum und die dortigen Gäste hört man nur. Alles in allem eine tolle Urlaubslocation!

we have spent holidays in La Capinera second time (first time in May 2015), because we have found this place like a small paradiese in Tuscany landscape - calm place, nice house, swimming pool, large garden for our dogs, view to Arno valley. Good location for visits of Florence, Pisa, Lucca cca 30-40 km on highway. Montopoli itself is a nice small village with good restaurants. Vito di Praga

We booked La Capinera for a week for our honeymoon and just loved it. We were greeted by the owners with glasses of fizz to celebrate our wedding, and were very soon left on our own in our little paradise in Tuscany. A great base to see Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Sienna and the Chianti wine region, we were torn between traversing the Italian countryside cursing the SatNav and relaxing by our very own private pool. We cooked, we drank, we relaxed and had the time of our life. A wonderful place with wonderful memories. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at La Capinera. I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful property this was. My kids (age 10 and 7) never wanted to leave the pool and the house was comfortable and just what we were looking for in terms of a vacation rental. It is close enough that you can easily day day trips either by car or train to all of the major cities.

The place was fantastic & the owners very, very nice. Highly recommend this for a central location. Be aware that a car rental is an absolute in order to get around since this is in a remote location but well worth the peace & quiet.
