Poggio due Querce is a charming property with a private pool perfect for those looking for a shelter in the middle of nature. It is set in a panoramic position with spectacular views on the sea and on the Tuscan Archipelago - overlooking Giglio Island. Being only a 30-minute drive from the closest beach, this house is an ideal mix within country life and seaside.
The house is located in the southern part of Tuscany, renowned for its unspoiled nature, extended wild beaches, Etruscan villages as well as wine and gastronomic culture. It is set in a secluded but comfortable position hence ideal also for those looking for complete privacy while being able to take day trips to explore the close by attractions.

The accommodation is split into two different buildings that have been restored retaining the original character and furnished with great simple taste. In one building (upper house) there is the kitchen opening to the veranda, a double bedroom and a study room sharing a bathroom while in the other building (lower) house there is the living room and other 4 bedrooms (two twins and one double). All the bedrooms in the lower house open onto the terrace with stunning seaside views.

The exterior of Poggio Due Querce have been furnished thinking of all the comforts needed during a summer holiday. One of the property highlights is the lovely terrace in front of the house, a few steps from the private swimming pool, set in a great position where to enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Poggio due Querce is ideal for a family with young children as there is a large flat garden. Furthermore, past clients have particularly enjoyed the several relaxing and dining areas including a lovely vineyard pergola equipped with tables and chairs.

The house, reachable through a 2,6 km unmade road, is surrounded by a typical Mediterranean garden, with olive trees, rosemary and lavender plants, and a wild, natural vegetation all around, wonderful for walking and exploring.
