Beschrijving
San Tommaso is een prachtig landhuis op een afgelegen plek met een prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels ten noordwesten van Lucca. Je kunt volop genieten van het adembenemende uitzicht vanaf het terras aan de voorkant van het huis, waar een eettafel staat voor maaltijden in de buitenlucht, en ook vanaf het nieuw aangelegde zwembad. Het huis dankt zijn naam aan de aangrenzende romaanse kerk, die slechts één keer per jaar in gebruik is om de patroonheilige te vieren.
Het huis is onlangs volledig gerestaureerd met veel oog voor detail. De eigenaren verhuren al jaren met succes een ander pand en zijn zeer bekend met de behoeften van hun gasten. Daarom hebben ze San Tommaso voorzien van alle nodige comfort, waaronder moderne privébadkamers bij elke slaapkamer, wifi, een grote Amerikaanse koelkast en smart-tv's. Verwarming is beschikbaar op de eerste verdieping en de begane grond tijdens de periodes die de Italiaanse wet toestaat.
De indeling van het huis is perfect voor groepen vrienden die samen tijd willen doorbrengen met behoud van hun privacy. Op de begane grond is er een ongewoon grote hoofdslaapkamer met een ruime zithoek en een eigen badkamer.
Op de eerste verdieping zijn er twee slaapkamers: één met een grote badkamer met bad en douche en een andere met een eigen badkamer met douche. Op de tweede verdieping is er een tweepersoonskamer met een eigen badkamer en twee tweepersoonskamers die een badkamer delen.
Hoewel het huis bovenop een heuvel ligt, op een zeer afgelegen en rustige plek, is San Tommaso slechts 10 minuten rijden van een dorp. Hier vind je een supermarkt, een bar, een krantenkiosk (met internationale tijdschriften), een geldautomaat, een groente- en fruitwinkel en een paar eenvoudige restaurants. De prachtige stad Lucca ligt op 13 km van het huis (ongeveer 25 minuten rijden), terwijl de beroemde stranden van de Versilia-kust en de dichtstbijzijnde afrit van de snelweg beide op ongeveer 30 minuten rijden liggen. San Tommaso ligt dus op een ideale locatie voor wie wil ontspannen op het Toscaanse platteland en tegelijkertijd dit deel van de Toscaanse regio gemakkelijk wil verkennen.
De beheerder van San Tommaso woont aan de achterkant van het gebouw en staat klaar om gasten tijdens hun vakantie te helpen. Ze heeft een aparte ingang en heeft op geen enkele manier invloed op de privacy van de gasten. Er kan een kok worden geregeld, aarzel niet om contact op te nemen met het Salogi Team als je je reis naar dit prachtige huis plant!

The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. What a joy it has been to celebrate the 70th Birthday of our dear mother in this lovely wonderful location!
