Uva is een kleine, gezellige villa met een privézwembad die plaats biedt aan maximaal 6 personen en in 2018 is gerenoveerd. Deze villa is ideaal voor een gezin met jonge kinderen of voor vrienden die samen op vakantie gaan. De ligging is perfect voor wie graag op het platteland verblijft, maar toch dicht bij een stad wil zijn – de prachtige stad Lucca ligt op slechts 15 km afstand. Gunstig gelegen in Colle di Compito, ligt het ook vlak bij de kust van Versilia en hebben gasten gemakkelijk toegang tot de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van Toscane, zoals Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano enz.
De eigenaren beheren andere accommodaties in de omgeving en hebben deze villa voorzien van veel comfort, zoals airconditioning , smart-tv, Bluetooth-muzieksysteem, wifi, enz. Op de begane grond van de villa is er een grote open ruimte met de woonkamer en een goed uitgeruste keuken (magnetron, Nespresso-apparaat, waterkoker, enz.), terwijl er op de eerste verdieping 2 tweepersoonsslaapkamers zijn, beide met een eigen badkamer (douche), en een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een eigen badkamer (douche).
Op korte loopafstand is er een klein sportcentrum waar je tennis kunt spelen.
Voor grote groepen verhuren de eigenaren ook het pand ernaast (Il Grappolo) dat plaats biedt aan 9 personen.

Wir sind häufig in der Toskana in einem Ferienhaus mit Pool, aber dieses Haus war bisher das schönste. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, es war sauber alles intakt und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Außerdem fanden wir es total angenehm das das Haus 2 mal/Woche gereinigt wurde. Der Pool ist grandios und super sauber, jeden zweiten Tag wird er vor dem Aufstehen gereinigt. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und wenn man von einem Ausflug zurückkommt ist der Rasen gemäht. Der Ausblick vom Grundstück ist in Olivenhaine, bewaldete Hügel und auf die Kirche (sehr schön) Da es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr heiß war vermissten wir lediglich etwas mehr Schatten. Der Sonnenschirm reichte für uns 5 Erwachsene nicht wirklich aus. Der große Baum, den man auf einigen Fotos sieht existiert leider nicht mehr. Aber im Haus funktionierte die Klimaanlage sehr gut, somit konnte man Nachts gut schlafen. Es sei denn die Hähne und Hunde der Nachbarschaft waren gut drauf. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es feierfreudige Nachbarn. Zu Lebensmittelgeschäften muß man mit dem Auto fahren, es gibt allerdings einen kleinen Bäcker und eine kleine Fleischerei fußläufig, ebenso wie eine Pizzeria. Die Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter funktionierte zuverlässig über WhatsApp. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns SEHR wohl in der „Villa Uva“.

Wij hebben met ons gezin met twee tienerdochters genoten van ons verblijf in Villa Uva.
Alles was perfect! Het mooie huis, de bedden, de badkamer, de keuken... En een zalig groot overloopzwembad tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Dit was niet verwarmt, denken we, maar stoorde helemaal niet. Badhanddoeken en strandlakens lagen er ook klaar. Het huis komen ze twee keer per week poetsen, wat eigenlijk niet nodig als als je een hele week buiten leeft.
Het enige wat wij misten in huis was een extra voorraadkast en een stofzuiger. Als je toch al eens iets laat vallen kan je het niet opkuisen. Voor de rest was ALLES TOP!!! Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken.

Everything was perfect! The beautiful house, the beds, the bathroom, the kitchen... And a wonderfully large infinity pool that was taken care of down to the last detail. This was not heated, we think, but that did not bother us at all. Bath towels and beach towels were also ready. They come to clean the house twice a week, which is not really necessary if you live outside all week.
The only thing we missed in the house was an extra pantry and a vacuum cleaner. If you drop something anyway, you can't clean it up. For the rest, EVERYTHING was TOP!!! Don't hesitate, just book.

Tolles, sauberes und sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus, das fast keine Wünsche offen lässt! Toller Pool, den wir auch Anfang Oktober noch nutzen konnten. The whole experience of booking Villa Uva with Salogi Srl in Lucca was easy, efficient and very helpful. The Villa itself was of very high specification. Had everything you could possibly need. Can't speak highly enough about it. We did have a minor problem with the awning one day but within hours of telephoning Salogi it was fixed and dealt with.
The key holders were very helpful and absolutely charming people.
We have no hesitation in recommending Salogi and The Villa Uva.
