Il Grappolo: een moderne villa met privézwembad in het hart van Toscane
Il Grappolo is een prachtig gerenoveerde villa in de omgeving van Lucca, die een perfecte mix biedt van modern comfort en Toscaanse charme. Deze villa is zorgvuldig ontworpen om te voldoen aan de wensen van gasten die op zoek zijn naar een ontspannen en plezierige vakantie in Toscane.
Uitzonderlijk comfort en moderne voorzieningen
De villa beschikt over airconditioning in het hele huis (behalve in de eenpersoonsslaapkamer), een flatscreen-tv, wifi en een Bluetooth-stereo. De ruime slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping hebben elk een eigen badkamer, wat comfort en privacy voor alle gasten garandeert.
De moderne keuken is uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om moeiteloos te koken, inclusief een magnetron, Nespresso-apparaat en andere benodigdheden. Gasten kunnen buiten genieten van hun maaltijden onder de ruime overdekte veranda, die uitkijkt op het privézwembad – een perfecte opstelling voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen, zodat ouders in de schaduw kunnen ontspannen terwijl ze het zwembad in de gaten houden.
Activiteiten en lokale bezienswaardigheden
Voor wie op zoek is naar actieve bezigheden, ligt er op korte loopafstand een klein sportcentrum met tennisbanen.
Il Grappolo ligt in het charmante dorpje Colle di Compito en biedt de perfecte balans tussen de rust van het platteland en de nabijheid van het stadsleven. De historische stad Lucca ligt op slechts 15 km afstand, terwijl de kust van Versilia en de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van Toscane, waaronder Florence, Pisa en San Gimignano, gemakkelijk bereikbaar zijn.
Flexibele accommodatie voor grote groepen
Voor grotere groepen kan ook het naburige pand Uva, dat plaats biedt aan maximaal 6 gasten, worden gehuurd, waardoor dit een ideale optie is voor familiebijeenkomsten of groepsvakanties.

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.

Salogi is just a wonderful company to deal with.
The service we received was top class.
Ginevra made the whole process stress free - all queries and requests were responded to quickly and they really accommodated our requests e.g. for child high chairs, detailed pre arrival directions and places to visit.
I can honestly say that Salogi are the best company we have ever dealt with in organising a family holiday.
The villa - Il Grapollo -based near Lucca was just fabulous and the owner really took care of us - visiting several times to ensure we had everything we needed.
Everything on this 2 week family holiday of 6 people covering 3 generations was just perfect - pool, cooking facilities, covered patio area, BBQ, en suite rooms etc.

What a wonderful place to stay with our children and grandchildren. The house itself, the pool, the view, everything was superb. Like previous occupance, we enjoyed ''Il Giardinetto'' and eat there on 3 occasions.
As always Lucca was amazing and never disappointing. All in all a wonderful week.

We really enjoyed a fantastic week in your high-quality villa in the heart of Tuscany. This is probably one of the best villa we have ever rented in Europe. Having done this for 12+ years all over the world we have a few to compare to. Pool was superb, location 10/10, amenities 8/10 ( add large plates for serving food, lighters/matchy, more knives – both for cutting and eating, more glasses medium size)

We had a wonderful stay at Il Grappolo, the house is really great and with so many lovely details. We really loved it and had a good time there. The location is awesome, private and quiet with a beautiful panoramic view. The communication before our stay was very good and all our questions have been answered immediately. Arriving at the house we were welcomed warmly and shown around. We also received a number to call in case we would need anything and a full booklet of useful tips regarding our stay. The house itself was very new and had really everything we (may have) needed. The kitchen was perfectly well equipped for 9 persons, we didn't miss anything there. The beds were very comfortable, everyone was happy with them. Also the bathrooms were spacious and equipped with cosmetics, toilet paper, enough towels and lights... It all made us fell at home from the moment we arrived. We also loved to stay outside in the big pool. The small trees nearby are perfectly situated to spend shadow if needed. All in all we enjoyed our stay so much and would love to come back one day! We definitely recommend this place!

We Stayed at “Il Grappolo”. We were welcomed by Andrea’s wife, who showed us with pride the beautifully accomodated house! When we heard we were the first visitors at “Il Grappolo’’ we were in shock and very much pleased at the same time! Everything was brand new, However with a little “bambina” of 2 years old and an old dog we felt very responsible for possible damage or stains on the colorful chairs. What a beautiful house to stay at: plenty of luxury and what a stunning view. Yes, we do have some recommendation to make, but will to this via the agency we ranked the house from.
