The villa was very neat and well maintained, with great attention to detail. It is decorated with care, yet very functional. The pool and terrace are very pleasant. The view over the valley and the Appenines is splendid. We found that the location is perfect between Pisa and Lucca.

Our stay at Nel Guasto was great, me and my five friends had a wonderful time. We loved dining outside using the BBQ and pizza oven, taking refreshing dives in the clean swimming pool and all of this in a peaceful area with a magnificent view. It was great!

A Fantastic Holiday in a beautiful house. The location is great: close to Lucca and Florence both of which we visited a number of times. The children loved the pool, with many hours of fun spent splashing around.

I viewed the pictures before we booked but still thought 'it can't be that good'! How wrong I was. Nel Guasto was superb. Ideally situated with delightful gardens and a super pool. The views are wonderful and there are many beautiful places to visit within 1 hour. A wonderful holiday villa and the lady owner was so very charming. We all loved it.

This Villa Nel Guasto exceeded my expectations! It was clean and well maintained; it was absolutely beautiful! The Villa offered plenty of room for the four of us! It is located in a private, more rural area that allowed for peace and quiet, but ideal to so many tourist locations such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence and a short drive to the coastal areas. It was even a good day trip from Montepulciano and Cortona! Restaurants and a grocery store is within 20 minutes. I would definitely stay again...and wish I could live there permanently! I would also highly recommend hiring a chef for one night to use the outdoor pizza oven - it added a perfect touch to an absolutely amazing vacation! Don't hesitate...this is it...you've arrived in paradise!

We did have a couple of problems at the beginning of the week due to the thunder storm but it didn’t spoil our time there. Very beautiful location of a charming house, with all the facilities necessary for making our holiday an outstanding experience. Warm and charming people as well. Best time of the day was either a big lunch at the nice pool, with local ingredients and some white wine, or a stroll in the Woods around 10 pm, when the fireflies made great fireworks for us! A very short trip to Lucca as well - the most beautiful little city of Tuscany. Villa Nel Guasto is definately a place I want to visit again!
