Casa Tonio: een charmante 17e-eeuwse boerderij in de heuvels van Lucca
Ontdek Casa Tonio, een prachtig gerestaureerde 17e-eeuwse stenen boerderij met een privézwembad, gelegen in de rustige heuvels van Lucca. Deze charmante accommodatie ligt vlak bij Segromigno in Monte, op slechts 12 km van de middeleeuwse stad Lucca, en is perfect gelegen om de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van Toscane te verkennen. Binnen 30 minuten rijden bereik je de beroemde Versilia-kust, met levendige kustplaatsjes als Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta en Viareggio. De luchthaven van Pisa ligt op slechts 50 minuten rijden en het historische centrum van Florence ligt op ongeveer een uur rijden.
Comfortabel en goed uitgerust voor zomervakanties
Casa Tonio is zorgvuldig ingericht om aan alle behoeften van zomergasten te voldoen. Elke slaapkamer is voorzien van airconditioning, muskietennetten, satelliettelevisie en wifi. De boerderij beschikt over drie slaapkamers (twee tweepersoonskamers en één kamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden) en twee badkamers – één met een douche op de begane grond en één met een bad op de bovenverdieping.
Betoverende tuin en privézwembad
De boerderij wordt omringd door een prachtige tuin met een perfect onderhouden gazon, vol met kleurrijke Toscaanse bloemen zoals geraniums, rozen, bougainville en citroenbomen. Een 135 jaar oude steeneik zorgt voor schaduw, terwijl olijfboomgaarden en wijngaarden een klassiek Toscaans decor vormen. Gasten kunnen ontspannen bij het zwembad, gelegen tussen de olijfbomen, of genieten van de eetruimtes in de buitenlucht, waaronder een zonnig terras en een schaduwrijke veranda die perfect is voor maaltijden in de open lucht.
Toscane binnen handbereik
Casa Tonio is ideaal gelegen in de buurt van de beroemdste bezienswaardigheden van Toscane, waaronder de historische villa's van Lucca en culturele bezienswaardigheden. Gasten kunnen op verzoek georganiseerde excursies naar topbestemmingen en gepersonaliseerde wijnproeverijen boeken.

Casa Tonio maakt deel uit van een grotere boerderij en is bijzonder geschikt voor één gezin. De vriendelijke en meertalige eigenaren wonen in het aangrenzende huis met een eigen ingang en staan altijd klaar om gasten tijdens hun verblijf te helpen, zodat je een ontspannen en onvergetelijke ervaring hebt.

The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Wunderschön gelegene Wohnung innerhalb eines großen Hauses indem die Vermieter auch selber wohnen. Diese hat man kaum bemerkt denn sie waren sehr darauf bedacht nicht zu "stören".Wir waren positiv überrascht denn die Bilder geben die schönen Räume gar nicht richtig wieder. Der Pool ist wirklich sehr schön und wir haben als Familie hier eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Allein die Zikaden waren manchmal etwas nervig ;-)
Beautifully located apartment within a large house where the landlords also live. However, we hardly noticed them as they were very careful not to "disturb" us. We were pleasantly surprised because the pictures don’t quite do justice to the lovely rooms. The pool is really beautiful, and we had a great time here as a family. Only the cicadas were a bit annoying at times ;-)

A lovely house with a huge garden (olive grove) and a beautiful swimming pool. Very nice that there was a BBQ and a covered corner where there are nice lounge sofas. The landlord (who lives right next door, but which doesn't bother you) was very helpful when we had questions. There was also a book in the house with all kinds of tips.

Thank you for your email of last week. We had a wonderful vacation. We absolutely loved the property, Casa Tonio - especially the beautifully landscaped swimming pool in the olive grove. It was all perfect. I loved the pretty views of the towers below and to the left of the property.
Alberto was super although we couldn't really communicate, he was obviously such a lovely person. Please thank him again from us.
Thank you for the little complimentary shower gels and shampoos in the bathrooms. The property was spotlessly clean and everything was in good working order. Thank you for organising the immediate replacement of the plate inside in the microwave.

We loved Casa Tonio. It is a beautiful villa in a quiet, pretty setting in the hills above Lucca. It was perfect for our family of five. the owner was very nice and spent time showing us around the olive groves surrounding the house and giving us a history of the land. A family friend of his provided us with a home cooked meal that was one of the best meals we had in Italy. We would highly recommend Casa Tonio and would like to return some day.

Casa Tonio is set amongst old olive groves overlooking the nearby village church, and located some 25 minutes by car from the town of Lucca. The local village cafe is a 10 minute walk. The casa comfortably sleeps six people, but the owners are currently in the midst of an extension which looks like it will double the capacity. Aesthetically, Casa Tonio is straight out of a Tuscan travel book. If we had a complaint, and it was only minor, it was the lack of bed pillows (one for each person only).
