Descriptif
Malmantile est une villa florentine avec piscine privée à quelques kilomètres du village de Malmantile et à seulement 20 km de Florence, qui peut être facilement atteinte par les voyageurs en train depuis la proche gare de Lastra a Signa (10 minutes en voiture). La villa est située au milieu d'un grand domaine produisant du vin et de l'huile d'olive.
Cette propriété a été construite sur les ruines d'une ancienne tour médiévale et ses intérieurs sont extrêmement spacieux avec des plafonds voûtés. Malmantile peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes et chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée. Deux chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée, une au premier étage et une autre au deuxième étage de la villa permettant aux invités de profiter de leurs vacances ensemble tout en conservant leur intimité.
Le jardin est très bien entretenu et il est équipé d'un court de tennis non professionnel à la disposition des hôtes. Les voyageurs qui passent leurs vacances ici peuvent profiter d'un dîner en plein air, soit sous la charmante loggia à l'entrée de la villa, soit sous un parasol devant la maison. Un barbecue est disponible pour préparer les repas. De plus, le personnel de la propriété sera heureux de soutenir les clients avec des services de cuisine sur demande.
Veuillez noter qu'il y a un appartement indépendant pour le personnel sur le côté de la villa. Veuillez noter que le personnel n'utilise pas cet appartement régulièrement et qu'il n'interférera en aucune façon avec votre vie privée.

We loved our stay at Malmantile and would definitely recommend it! The house is very large and accommodates a large group easily with plenty of places to gather. The pool was the highlight of our stay and we spent hours just relaxing. Because it was particularly hot at the time of our visit I could have stayed all day, every day, at poolside. However we braved the heat and made day trips to Florence, Siena, Carmignano, Artimino, and more. Trips to Florence were a breeze with the train station a 10 minute drive away, free parking, and a short hop to Florence which is a very walkable city. Our hosts, Tiziana and Iva, were welcoming and helpful and always available if we needed anything. Overall it was a magical place to stay and we highly recommend.

This beautiful villa exceeded our expectations in every way. It was very spacious and clean, and accommodated our family very comfortably. The location is very peaceful and picturesque nestled among a large olive grove. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and provided some delicious meals. We also loved to be able to play tennis and cool off in the huge swimming pool. We loved it all and hope to return again soon. Thank you to Michael, Eva, Titziana and Donnie for a memorable vacation!

We can only try to explain just how absolutely jaw-droppingly beautiful the Malmantile villa is!
The location, facilities, service and just general beauty were 5-star.
The Villa at Malmantile is a charming old convent renovated and restored.
The people that run it were so kind in welcoming us with a tour of the villa and gifted us a basket filled with fresh produce from their gardens, as well as their own creations of both the most divine olive oil and a deliciously rich bottle of red wine which were handcrafted from the vineyard and olive groves surrounding the villa!!
The pool is amazing. The Villa private and well kept.
Despite being a little late due to our Vueling flights into Florence, Michael and his colleague welcomed us warmly and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Michael was often around the villa and came to clean the pool and tidy some things up for us throughout the stay which was so kind, and he made sure to let us know of the upcoming public holiday during our stay and that stores would be closed during this time which was very much appreciated!!
They provided us information about local supermarkets and activities, as well as advice about to how to get to local cities such as Florence and Pisa via car AND public transport.
You definitely need to hire a car, as the road leading up to the villa is a few kilometres, and down to the shops in Malmamtile is further still (the road up to the villa is gravel/dirt and can be a bit bumpy, but our front wheel drive rental from Florence airport was fine.
Thank you to Michael and the team who made our stay in this charming place incredible and something to forever remember. The home made olive oil from the olive groves in the estate was the best we have ever tasted. Just wish we could bring more home with us!

We had a super time in Malmantile. The house is in top top order (although a duvet on the bed instead of blankets would be nice).

We did have an amazing time again. The new house managers are kind and friendly ladies. They made us feel very welcome and were really helpful whenever needed.
The house and grounds have had a few improvements, such as the terrace and the garden. Inside changes were not huge. WiFi is still weak and slow, but to us that is not a great issue. We liked the fact that the swimming pool was ready to use, and we did use it.
Tiziana and her friend even cooked a dish and offered it to us. Very nice.
We are looking forward to coming again next year!

Très belle propriété au milieu des oliviers, très tranquille; grande maison en pierres, 3 salons, 4 chambres toutes avec salle de bain, piscine, tennis; un couple (qui n'habite pas sur place) assure le ménage et l'entretien avec efficacité et discrétion. Très bien située en Toscane:25 mn de Florence, une heure de Lucca,Sienne, San Giminiano... Chemin d'accès un peu chaotique mais parfaitement carrossable (c'est le prix de la tranquillité) Quelques moustiques (moustiquaires à revoir) Idéal pour conjuguer visite de la Toscane et farniente dans un cadre d'exception (Very nice property in the middle of olive trees, very quiet; Large stone house, 3 living rooms, 4 bedrooms all with bathroom, swimming pool, tennis; A couple (who does not live on site) ensures the cleaning and maintenance with efficiency and discretion. Very good location in Tuscany: 25 mins from Florence, an hour from Lucca, Siena, San Giminiano ... A little chaotic path but perfectly drivable (it is the price of the tranquility) A few mosquitoes (mosquito nets to review) Ideal to combine visiting Tuscany in an exceptional setting

Our group of six ladies from Utah rented this property from Salogi. Our planning began a year before our Italy trip. Salogi was always quick to be helpful with our questions and concerns. Our expectations of this beautiful villa and surrounding area were more than met. Quiet, clean, safe and more than spacious for the six of us. The staff doesn't speak English but is very helpful. The welcome dinner was authentic and made with the love that Italians do best. Great memories..

A beautiful villa in wonderful and central location to explore Tuscany. Anna and Luciano are great caretakers. We used this villa as a jumping off point for the towns of Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano. I recommend renting a car, however we spent a good amount of time relaxing in the gardens and by the pool.
